The 435 was a unique head and cabinet arrangement amplifier, something Magnatone had not really attempted before. The amp was a two channel bass amp with volume and tone controls for each channel. This uncommon amp is quite rare today.
The circuit may bare some similarities to the 425 (425 schematic is available), and the 435 might have been added when the 425 was discontinued around 1962. Alternatively, the 425 was a combo, and the 435 was a head/cab arrangement and they may have been offered concurrently. The M7 and the M12 were introduced in 1963 and had similar circuits to both the 425 and the 435.
